IL signs a business agreement with Jikse Technology.

Future mobility platform company IL announced on the 2nd that it signed a business agreement with intelligent digital twin solution company Zigs Technology to strengthen digital transformation in the robotics, optics, and mobility industry infrastructure sectors.

This collaboration comes amidst growing demand for digital design and operations in the humanoid robotics, optics, and mobility sectors. The two companies have set a strategic goal of building an integrated design and operations environment by combining IL's physical AI, optics, and lighting technologies with Zigs Technology's CAD, AI-based design, and digital twin technologies.

The two companies will build an integrated DX platform linking design, manufacturing, and operations based on the convergence of "physical AI + CAD/AI design + digital twin." They will pursue four key initiatives. Key initiatives include advancing physical AI-based robotics and optical design, digitizing industrial infrastructure design and construction, AI-based design automation, and developing integrated design-field operations solutions.

The two companies also plan to expand business synergies through cross-selling and solution integration strategies. The plan is to prioritize the application of convergence solutions that combine IL's robotics, optical, and infrastructure design technologies with ZYX Technology's solutions (ZYXCAD AX, WORKS, ZYX SPACE, DIVE, etc.) to expand joint business opportunities in key projects such as robotics, industrial infrastructure, and road transportation systems.

“The combination of IL’s physical AI and optical design technology and Zigs Technology’s CAD and digital twin technology will increase efficiency across all processes from design to field operations,” said Song Seong-geun, CEO of IL. “Through collaboration between our two companies, we will lead the digital transformation of industrial infrastructure and the lighting and optics fields.”
