Dozen announced on the 2nd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with global virtual asset payment company Triple A for domestic digital asset payment services.
Triple A holds payment and remittance licenses in major countries, including Singapore, the United States, and France, and currently provides digital asset-based payment and remittance services to over 20,000 corporate customers in over 120 countries.
Under this agreement, Dozen will serve as Triple A's strategic partner in the Korean market, providing financial infrastructure to support cross-border payments and settlements between Korea and overseas. Triple A will provide global payment infrastructure and conduct anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in the relevant jurisdictions.
Additionally, Dozen plans to expand the use of digital assets in Korea by providing digital asset exchange services using its unmanned currency exchange kiosk, "Dozen Exchange."
A Dozen official stated, “This MOU is an important starting point that connects the global virtual asset payment platform with the domestic payment infrastructure,” adding, “We expect to be able to provide a variety of payment methods to domestic merchants and a convenient payment environment for foreign tourists.”
