Orbitus, a company specializing in the global expansion of K-baby brands, announced on the 1st that it has secured Series A investment exceeding 3 billion won from Hana Ventures and Lotte Ventures.
Orbitus is growing in the US market based on a "Full-Integration Export Model," directly handling all aspects of branding, marketing, sales, and retail. Through key brand partnerships, the company has secured products from proven domestic brands like Gromimi, Cha & Mom, and Alfredo. Orbitus also sells directly to consumers through Amazon and its own online store in the US, Canada, and Japan, accumulating reviews, conversion rates, and customer data.
The accumulated data is used to expand sales through major marketplaces like Target Plus and Walmart.com, as well as offline B2B channels. All stages, including initial branding, content creation, influencer collaboration, performance advertising, and software development, are handled in-house. Furthermore, ORBITOOL, a proprietary integrated operating system, enables data-driven operations, including margin analysis, inventory and order optimization, export automation, and advertising performance management.
CEO Choi Won-jun stated, "Orbitus is an organization that directly drives the brand's global growth by combining Korea's product strengths with the team's execution capabilities. We aim to achieve 30 billion won in sales by 2026, and we will rapidly expand our market share in North America and Japan." An investment firm representative commented, "Orbitus vertically integrates all stages, from product acquisition to global expansion, and is a company with data-driven growth potential and high efficiency."
