Job Korea Wins the 2025 Korea Sustainable Management Communication Award from the Industry, Labor, and Welfare Committee

Job Korea , an AI and data-driven HR tech platform, announced on the 1st that it had won the National Assembly Trade, Industry, Energy, SMEs and Startups Committee Chairman's Award in the ESG-based Job Creation category at the "2025 Korea Sustainable Management Communication Awards (KSCA)" held at the Korea Economic Association in Seoul on the 26th of last month. Job Korea is the only company in the HR industry to have received this award for two consecutive years.

The Korea Sustainable Management Communication Awards are presented based on a comprehensive evaluation of five categories: ESG strategic planning, ESG performance, communication and learning, leadership and organizational culture, and AI governance, based on the "Sustainable Management Communication Assessment Model (KSCA)" developed by the Korean Association of Business Communication (KABC). This year, a total of 22 companies and organizations were selected, including large corporations, financial institutions, big tech platforms, and the Korea Employment Information Service.

Job Korea has been recognized for its contributions to virtuous employment cycles, including advancing AI-based job matching, supporting youth and vulnerable groups in employment, and resolving information asymmetry between companies and job seekers. Following last year's National Assembly Environment and Labor Committee Chairman's Award, it also received this year's Industry, Energy, and Social Affairs Committee Chairman's Award, demonstrating its contribution to ESG-based industrial innovation.

In particular, the company received high praise for its contribution to reducing job mismatches based on its advanced AI recommendation service. Since introducing proprietary AI based on the industry's largest recruitment data, the number of job applications has increased by 104%, the number of job posting views has increased by 43%, and the application conversion rate has surpassed 50%. New recruitment products such as "One Pick," "Smart Fit," and Albamon's AI agent "AlbaMumulbot" have also enhanced matching efficiency and user convenience.

In addition, Job Korea has been carrying out various activities to eliminate job-seeking barriers, such as establishing specialized recruitment centers by industry and job type, supporting employment programs for vulnerable youth, operating a dedicated center for young people with potential for growth, and holding job fairs and special lectures on employment.

Kim Jun-su, Head of JobKorea's Value Growth Division, said, "This recognition recognizes our efforts to innovate the industrial paradigm and strengthen communication with society. It is a crucial responsibility to embrace a diverse work ecosystem, including young people, seniors, and women on career breaks." He added, "Going forward, we will strengthen our role as a partner in the work ecosystem by enhancing our AI-based recruitment services and implementing ESG management."
