LandData (CEO Seungho Eom), a developer of AI-based real estate data standardization and automated valuation technology, has been selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Technology Incubation Program (TIPS). This selection was made upon the recommendation of Actner Lab, and LandData will receive a total of 600 million won in research and development support. Based on this support, LandData plans to fully embark on the advancement of its core technologies, focusing on AI and big data.
Unlike the existing apartment-centric market, LandData is focusing on non-residential real estate as its core business. It is building a standardized big data infrastructure by automatically collecting and refining nationwide general sales, auction, commercial, and land information. Building on this foundation, it is developing AI-powered automated valuation (AVM), auction price prediction, and spatial big data analysis technologies. In particular, it plans to accelerate the development of a platform that provides personalized asset management services by enhancing data processing technology that automatically standardizes unstructured real estate information and AI price prediction models.
We are also focusing on developing specialized solutions for real estate agents. Our goal is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of brokerage work by providing AI-based property analysis reports, automated risk assessment, and practical analysis capabilities that combine location, demand, and price information.
CEO Seungho Eom said, “We will expand the platform so that individual investors can experience PB-level real estate consulting by connecting and standardizing disconnected domestic real estate information through AI.” He also said, “We will provide joint brokerage solutions optimized for non-residential brokerage to licensed real estate agents and enhance the industry’s competitiveness.”
Actner Lab stated, “LandData is a team with the potential to precisely standardize unstructured real estate data with AI and provide usable analytics to a wide range of users,” and added, “We plan to support their technological advancement and global market expansion through their selection as a TIPS.”
