Buzzni supplies recommendation AI to Shinsegae Live Shopping.

Buzzni (CEOs Nam Sang-hyeop and Kim Seong-guk), an artificial intelligence (AI)-based service company, announced on the 28th that it has supplied "Aplus Recommendation AI" to Shinsegae Live Shopping. Buzzni operates "Aplus AI," an all-in-one AI subscription service that offers commerce-specific features such as search AI, recommendation AI, short-form, product catalog, and review AI.

The "Recommendation AI" recently implemented in Shinsegae Live Shopping analyzes various behavioral data, including user product searches, purchase history, and preferences, to automatically recommend products with a high purchase probability. According to the company, within about a month of implementing Recommendation AI, order value, product clicks, and purchases in the recommendation area all increased.

Buzzni revealed that Aplus AI has already proven effective in increasing sales at numerous commerce companies, and that Shinsegae Live Shopping saw a 90% increase in order value in recommended areas. The company plans to continue advancing its commerce AI technology, tailored to the needs of its clients.
