InterX Signs Business Agreement with Korea Shinye

InterX (CEO Park Jeong-yoon), a company specializing in industrial artificial intelligence (AX) transformation, announced on November 26 that it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Korea Shinye (CEO Lee Hyo-seong), a precision parts and automation equipment manufacturer, to cooperate in expanding EAX solutions and building AI autonomous manufacturing processes.

This agreement aims to accelerate the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry across the Chungcheong region and establish a collaborative system for applying AX-based automation technology across everything from parts production to assembly processes and worker safety.

InterX is a company that provides AX autonomous manufacturing solutions that support process anomaly prediction, quality management, and production optimization based on manufacturing site data. The two companies will combine manufacturing technology and AI capabilities to build an integrated EAX manufacturing model that simultaneously enhances productivity and quality.

Based in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, Korea Shinye possesses a wide range of manufacturing capabilities, including molds, precision sheet metal, and electronic components. It has accumulated technological prowess in the local manufacturing industry, performing everything from precision machining to assembly and EMS.

The two parties plan to gradually apply AI-based quality control, abnormal pattern detection, and process optimization technologies to Korea Shinye's manufacturing processes. They will also establish an AX-based safety system in line with the government's industrial safety initiatives. The mold, sheet metal, and electronic component manufacturing industries prioritize quality consistency and production stability, and combining this with InterX's process data analysis technology is expected to reduce defect rates and improve production efficiency.

Additionally, the two companies plan to cooperate in expanding industrial AI adoption cases by operating regional expansion programs such as industrial AI seminars and field demonstration projects targeting manufacturing companies in the Chungcheong region.

Park Jeong-yoon, CEO of InterX, said, “Our collaboration with Korea Shinye is a process of developing an AI application model that will bring about practical effects in the manufacturing field,” and added, “We will build an integrated autonomous manufacturing model that will increase efficiency and safety from parts manufacturing to assembly and inspection processes.”

Lee Hyo-seong, CEO of Korea Shinye, said, “It is time to strengthen our quality competitiveness by applying AI technology to our accumulated manufacturing experience,” and added, “We will implement an AI-based production system that can be immediately verified in the field.”
