
Daechang Solutions' subsidiary Creos announced on the 27th that Choi Dae-young, head of the Technology Sales Division, was recognized for his contributions and excellent performance in energy technology development at the Climate, Energy and Environment R&D 2025 Awards Ceremony held at Lotte Tower.
Vice President Choi Ma-young has participated in national research and development projects in the hydrogen field since 2022 and successfully completed the development of a domestically produced liquefied hydrogen storage and transportation tank.
He successfully developed and commercialized the world's first device capable of comprehensively evaluating safety valve performance, generating an import substitution effect worth approximately 45 billion won. Cryos supplies cryogenic special gas storage tanks and cryogenic transport trailers.
CEO Choi Ma-young stated that this award validates Cryos's competitiveness in liquid hydrogen storage and transportation technology, and that the company will continue to advance its technology to lead the global liquid hydrogen market. CEO Kim Dae-sung stated that Cryos is ahead of the curve in domestic liquid hydrogen technology, and that this government award will serve as an opportunity to strengthen its presence in the global hydrogen supply chain and pursue an IPO in 2026.
