ZD Ventures (CEO Ha-kyung Kim), an early-stage startup investment firm, announced on the 27th that it has made a pre-seed investment in RRR Korea (CEO Se-min Jang), the operator of the AI-based real-asset exchange "DRRRK." The investment amount was undisclosed.
Deuruk integrates previously fragmented real estate distribution channels, providing a safe and convenient trading environment for both sellers and buyers. Its three-step process—registration, bidding, and settlement—simplifies and enhances transaction efficiency. Sellers simply enter a photo and basic information, and buyers nationwide participate in an automated competitive bidding process, completing the transaction at optimal terms within 48 hours. Buyers, meanwhile, can quickly acquire verified properties through the automated system.
GD Ventures praised Druruk for addressing information asymmetry in the real-world asset market and providing a trustworthy trading experience based on transparency and efficiency. Druruk provides AI-based real-time transaction prices and profit structures for each transaction, enabling sellers to make rational decisions based on accurate market information, while buyers can develop predictable purchasing strategies using real-time transaction data.
Based on this investment, RRR Korea will pursue real-world asset liquidity and the establishment of an investment-oriented exchange. Its goals include encouraging small-scale transactions, decentralized ownership, and an efficient distribution structure. It plans to build an AI- and data-driven distribution infrastructure to drive innovation and sustainable growth in real-world asset trading.
GD Ventures focuses on discovering and comprehensively supporting promising early-stage startups both domestically and internationally. It has invested in various companies, including the global B2B remittance platform Shield Security, the AI marketing design service Termit, and the luxury Korean liquor brand MATARI. CEO Kim Ha-kyung stated, "Dreuruk has enhanced the transparency and efficiency of real-world asset transactions through its seller-centric reverse auction structure. We will continue to actively discover and support early-stage companies with innovative technologies and problem-solving capabilities."
