AI solution specialist company Jimision Co., Ltd. (CEO Han Jun-seop) announced on November 26 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with PT PRIMA SOLUSI JAYANTARA in Jakarta, Indonesia, for cooperation on AI technology-based document automation solutions.
This agreement was promoted as part of the '2025 Hi Seoul Enterprise Indonesia Market Development Team' program jointly operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Economic Promotion Agency (SBA).
Jimmy Mission is analyzing Indonesian market demand and establishing a foundation for strategic cooperation through one-on-one business matching, market entry seminars, and distribution channel inspections in Jakarta.
PT PRIMA SOLUSI JAYANTARA, our partner in the agreement, specializes in import, trading, and engineering services, providing equipment supply and technology sourcing and agency services across a wide range of industries. Drawing on over 24 years of field experience and a deep understanding of public and industrial project technologies, we offer customized solutions.
Through this MOU, the two companies plan to conduct practical cooperation, including ▲ examining the local applicability of AI-based document automation solutions (AI FAX, DXHUND, etc.), ▲ jointly promoting PoC projects targeting public and financial institutions, and ▲ building an AI system that responds to network separation.
“Combining Prima Solutions Jayantara’s engineering and trade expertise with Jimision’s AI technology will accelerate the digital transformation of Indonesia’s industrial sector,” said Han Jun-seop, CEO of Jimision. “This MOU is an important step toward expanding into the Southeast Asian market.”
