Innogrid (CEO Myungjin Kim) , a company specializing in cloud computing and digital transformation, announced on the 26th that it participated as a key participant in 'openKcloud DevDay 2025' held at STCenter in Seoul on November 25th, and presented the latest trends and practical application cases centered on domestic AI semiconductors and cloud convergence technology.
Hosted by openKcloud, an open cloud technology ecosystem community, openKcloud DevDay served as the first technology exchange event for the newly launched "AI Semiconductor Cloud Platform Construction and Optimization Technology Development" project, providing a platform for expanding the domestic technology ecosystem and fostering collaboration. Eleven industry-academia-research organizations participated in the community, including Innogrid, the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), the Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI), the Korea Cloud Industry Association (KACI), and FuriosaAI.
The event, themed "New Vision and Technology for Next-Generation Cloud in the AI Era," was divided into two sessions: Part 1: Trend Sessions and Part 2: Tech Sessions. Part 1 introduced the AI semiconductor-based cloud landscape, observability, and IDE trends. Part 2 presented NPU infrastructure cases developed in Kubernetes and OpenStack environments, along with scheduler technology that optimizes operational costs.
InnoGrid's presentation, "Everything About Observability, from AI Semiconductors to the Cloud," detailed AI infrastructure trends and a next-generation observability architecture encompassing hardware and service layers. It presented monitoring and power-performance correlation analysis methodologies tailored to AI semiconductors, and outlined future development directions for optimizing cloud operations.
CEO Kim Myeong-jin said, “This openKcloud DevDay was an opportunity to present a new vision for implementing next-generation AI services through the convergence of domestic AI semiconductors and cloud technology,” and added, “We will reflect this achievement in the advancement of our own solutions and lead the next-generation AI cloud business.”
