Global AI customer experience company Sendbird (CEO Dongshin Kim) announced on the 26th that it has received the 'AWS Generative AI Competency' certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The AWS Generative AI Competency Program is AWS's highest level of technical expertise certification. Partners who successfully build customized solutions based on AWS's core generative AI technologies are selected through a rigorous technical review and customer case evaluation.
Sendbird has been leveraging AWS-based generative AI technology to support businesses in delivering personalized customer experiences, creating hyper-personalized content, automating business processes, and making data-driven decisions. This certification officially recognizes Sendbird's ability to provide safe and reliable AI systems in enterprise environments.
Sendbird's generative AI technology is applied to its AI customer experience platform, "delight.ai." Based on Agent Memory Platform (AMP) and Trust OS technologies, delight.ai is a brand-tailored AI concierge designed to help companies deliver consistent experiences across various customer touchpoints.
Customers can seamlessly connect conversations across various channels, including chat, text, email, and voice, while businesses can secure security, control, and auditing systems for stable operations. Through this, delight.ai goes beyond simple response automation to redesign the entire customer experience and serves as a core platform for addressing the challenges of implementing, operating, and scaling AI.
Kim Yu-jin, CEO of Hanssem, said, “delight.ai has transformed the way organizations communicate with customers,” and added, “Sendbird goes beyond simply providing technology and acts as a strategic partner, providing benefits in areas such as AI adoption speed and operational stability.”
Kim Dong-shin, CEO of Sendbird, said, “Obtaining AWS Generative AI Competency is an important milestone that demonstrates Sendbird’s direction to support beyond the AI pilot application stage to the actual service operation stage,” and “We plan to introduce a case study of building a trust-based agentic AI system at ‘AWS re:Invent 2025,’ the world’s largest cloud conference in December.”
