
Colosseum Corporation (CEO Jin-soo Park) , a global logistics DX specialist, announced on the 19th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Studio Prism, a subsidiary of SBS entertainment content production, for ‘content-based global logistics DX cooperation.’
Through this agreement, the two companies will establish a collaborative structure that will integrate the global distribution process of K-pop content produced by Studio Prism and the K-goods based on that content into a single value chain. The scope of the collaboration will expand to include content production, fandom expansion, product production, logistics center warehousing, packaging and storage, and overseas export.
Colosseum plans to utilize its self-developed AI-based logistics SaaS solution, 'Colo AI', to support the receipt and shipment of K-goods, inventory management, packing, and international transportation, and to streamline the overseas market connection of the content-logistics ecosystem centered on K-pop IP.
Colosseum CEO Park Jin-soo said, “The combination of content production capabilities and global logistics DX capabilities will connect everything from K-content production to consumption and goods expansion into a data-driven system,” adding, “It will provide positive synergy for the global expansion of the K-pop IP business.”
Studio Prism CP Lee Hwan-jin stated, “Exporting and shipping goods are key steps in the global fandom business,” and added, “We expect that through our collaboration with Colosseum, we will be able to simultaneously enhance content expansion and logistics efficiency.”
The two companies plan to pursue joint content production, brand value enhancement, logistics DX-based marketing collaboration, and the application of AI logistics SaaS solutions. Colosseum operates over 53 logistics centers worldwide and provides global fulfillment services, while Studio Prism has extensive experience producing entertainment content, including "Running Man" and "Goalies."
