Viverse secures 1.1 billion won in seed funding.

Vibers (CEO Shin Jae-in), a startup specializing in AI transformation (AX), announced on the 18th that it had secured 1.1 billion won in seed investment from Kakao Ventures and Seoul National University Technology Holdings.

Vibes is developing "Maestro," an integrated solution that transforms corporate data and business processes with AI. The solution analyzes complex data structures within a company, automatically generating an optimal data relationship model. Based on this model, it trains a customized AI agent to automate marketing operations management processes. Furthermore, the company differentiates itself by deploying its Trinity AX Squad, a team of experts, to client sites to support the entire process, from problem definition and solution design to operation and feedback.

By combining AX solutions with an execution organization, Vibes aims to reduce the complexity of AI adoption and build an executable transformation platform that enables companies to achieve real results.

The company plans to use this investment to expand its domestic corporate customer base and accelerate its entry into the North American market. Specifically, the company plans to expand its local marketing AI solutions to K-beauty, K-food, and K-culture companies entering the US market, and leverage accumulated data to expand its presence in the North American distribution and consumer goods markets.

Kakao Ventures Director Jang Dong-wook and Auditor Kim Young-moo expressed their expectations for Viverse's future market penetration, stating, "Byverse is implementing a fast and sophisticated AX based on its internalized AI capabilities." CEO Shin Jae-in emphasized, "We will present a global AX standard with the goal of building an AI operating system (OS) that encompasses all areas of the enterprise."
