Cloud Hospital, a global healthcare matching platform, announced the successful completion of its Series A funding round, bringing total funding to 8.5 billion won. Friend Investment Partners and SJ Investment Partners participated in this round, and the funds will be used to expand its global hospital SaaS network, enhance its AI-based global healthcare marketing and communication engine, establish overseas subsidiaries, and strengthen marketing localization.
Cloud Hospitality supports over 40 languages and offers a healthcare SaaS platform that connects hospitals and patients based on data from approximately 120,000 medical institutions worldwide. This platform allows hospitals to process all procedures for international patients—from search and consultation to reservation, payment, and aftercare—within a single, AI-based system, creating an operational system that replaces the existing broker-centric structure.
Within just 10 months of launching the domestic service, 80 hospitals have adopted SaaS, with plans to expand to over 300 by 2026. Designed to combine a B2B hospital SaaS model with a B2C patient connection model, the platform enables hospitals to directly manage patients using AI while ensuring profitability and scalability.
Cloud Hospital recently signed a partnership with Microsoft for AI healthcare technology collaboration, and is jointly developing a medical-specific multilingual model, a global marketing automation engine, and a global communication engine based on Azure OpenAI infrastructure.
CEO Nazarov stated, "Cloud Hospitality aims to build a next-generation medical operations infrastructure that will enable hospitals to directly explore the global market." He emphasized, "This investment will be a turning point in accelerating the platform-centric restructuring of the medical tourism market. The company's long-term goal is to establish itself as a platform that serves as the operating system for global hospitals."
