Homecast (CEO Kwon Young-cheol) , a semiconductor sales and digital service specialist, announced on the 17th that it has signed a strategic partnership with AI specialist Genesis Lab (CEO Lee Young-bok) and will be making a full-fledged entry into the AX (AI Transformation) business.
Through this partnership, Homecast will receive Genesis Lab's AI agent development platform, Agentria, on a white-label basis. This white-label model involves technology platform providers and market-focused partners collaborating to provide optimal solutions to customers. Homecast will sell under its own brand and provide consulting and implementation services.
Agentria is an enterprise-class builder platform that enables companies to easily develop and operate AI agents. Its intuitive interface allows for design and deployment of AI agents without complex coding or specialized development skills. Furthermore, it facilitates ongoing performance management through API integration, on-premise deployment, and testing and monitoring capabilities.
AI agents can be utilized in diverse areas, including customer service, task automation, and data analysis, and demand is growing alongside the digital transformation of global companies. Homecast plans to strengthen its position in the rapidly growing AI agent market by combining its customer base, commercialization experience, and Genesis Lab's technological prowess.
Homecast is also pursuing a healthcare business leveraging Genesis Lab's AI-based mental health analysis technology. Developed in collaboration with Seoul National University Hospital, the technology analyzes video and audio data to enable individuals to self-assess their mental health and suggest management strategies.
A Homecast representative stated, “This partnership with Genesis Lab is a significant milestone in our transformation into an AI technology-based company,” adding, “We will build a new revenue model centered on our two growth axes of AI agents and healthcare, and lay the foundation for sustainable growth.”
