ReadyPost's "General One-Stop" Signs Business Agreement with HomeCheck

Readypost Co., Ltd. (CEO Kwak Se-byeong), which provides electronic voting services for commercial buildings, officetels, and knowledge industry centers, announced on the 14th that its 'General Meeting One-Stop' signed a business agreement (MOU) with Homecheck Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Gil-won), a defect diagnosis specialist, on the 5th.

This agreement aims to establish a system that can quickly and efficiently proceed with complex consent procedures by introducing the electronic bond consent form and selection consent form collection service of 'General Assembly One-Stop' in the process of responding to lawsuits for defective building repairs and disputes with construction companies.

Through this agreement, the two companies will promote digital transformation of the entire process of defect repair and pre-inspection, including ▲efficiency in collecting consent forms related to defect repair lawsuits and management team meetings ▲acceleration of the defect diagnosis and pre-inspection process after collecting consent forms ▲joint sales, promotion, and owner education activities ▲establishment of a law firm cooperation system.

ReadyPost plans to strengthen schedule management and electronic voting support through the "General Meeting One-Stop" system to ensure that owners of multi-family buildings do not miss out on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th year defect repairs, and to strengthen the protection of owner rights.

Home Check will shorten the time it takes to file a defect lawsuit through rapid and accurate defect diagnosis and report submission, and systematically provide the data necessary to respond to disputes with construction companies.

Lee Gil-won, CEO of HomeCheck, said, “With this agreement, we will systematically manage the entire process from pre-inspection to defect lawsuits, and together with the general membership stop, we will do our best to protect the rights and interests of building owners.”

Kwak Se-byeong, CEO of Readypost, said, “General Assembly One-Stop has been leading the field of electronic voting in the area of collective buildings, including management meetings, disputes with construction companies, and lawsuits for defect repairs,” and emphasized, “With this agreement as an opportunity, we will strengthen the digital transformation of defect repair procedures and the system to protect owner rights.”
