Daejeon Innovation Center Hosts '2025 Global Festa Linked Lycon Networking Party'

Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as Daejeon Innovation Center) announced that it will hold the '2025 Global Festa Linked Lycon Networking Party (Great SEE U)' at Opentold in Jung-gu, Daejeon from the 13th to the 14th.

This event was designed to expand opportunities for exchange and collaboration, and strengthen regional networks, with the participation of local creators, regional creators, local brands, and small business owners from across the country.

The event is hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Business Market Promotion Agency, and organized by Daejeon Innovation Center and Wingwing Co., Ltd. Set against the backdrop of Opentold's vintage interior, the concept is "retro, newtro, and classic." It aims to expand local nighttime content and revitalize local businesses, focusing on Daejeon's old downtown area (Daeheung, Eunhaeng, and Seonhwa-dong).

Key programs include an experiential pop-up zone, a global and local brand plaque presentation ceremony, and guerrilla performances, creating an open networking platform that combines music and experiences. The pop-up zone will showcase collaborations between local brands and creators, including a mehndi henna experience, local soju cocktails, traditional makgeolli, handmade chocolates, and hot dogs. Hip-hop, Korean traditional music, and DJ performances will also be featured, offering a diverse experience that combines music and local culture.

Park Dae-hee, CEO of the Daejeon Innovation Center, said, “This event is a meaningful opportunity for local creators and small business owners to share their experiences and explore possibilities for collaboration.” He added, “The Daejeon Center will continue to strive to create a startup ecosystem based on local resources and discover sustainable local businesses.”
