This year's awards ceremony, held in the International Conference Room of the Seoul Bankers Association, was co-hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for Industry. The purpose was to share examples of companies operating exemplary hiring practices and promote a culture of fair hiring.

CNR Research also received positive reviews for its trust-based hiring process, which included notifying job seekers of their acceptance or rejection within five days and informing them of the reasons for rejection.

The company also operates various systems to enhance fairness and professionalism in the post-hiring process. New hires receive on-the-job training (OJT) and a mentoring program to support their organizational adaptation. Furthermore, regular training and newsletters are provided to internal interviewers to enhance their interview skills.

CNR Research CEO Moon-Tae Yoon said, “We were able to grow into Korea’s best CRO thanks to the dedication and hard work of all our executives and employees,” and added, “We will continue to recruit and train excellent talent to contribute to the advancement of the clinical industry and the efficiency of the new drug development process.”
