Infobank and MYSC conclude their "2025 Private-Led Technology Startup Activation Connect Day."

Infobank (CEO Park Tae-hyung) announced that the '2025 Private-Led Technology Startup Activation Support Project Connect Day' jointly operated by iAccel, the investment division of Infobank, and MYSC (MY Social Company) concluded on the 6th at the Jeonju Communication Cooperation Center in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do.

This event was held as part of a public-private investment-led technology startup revitalization support project hosted by Jeollabuk-do Province and Jeollabuk-do Technopark, with the goal of strengthening the investment capacity and expanding the network of technology-based startups in the region.

Connect Day consisted of IR pitching and one-on-one meetups for accelerators (ACs) and venture capitalists (VCs). Approximately 40 people, including startups from the Jeonbuk region, invited investors, and operating company representatives, attended. Participating companies presented their business vision and technological prowess through IR presentations and engaged directly with investors.

This event was attended by two internal reviewers from Infobank and MYSC, along with eight external venture capitalists with expertise in climate tech. Investors held individual meetings with participating startups to discuss practical investment proposals. After the event, some companies held follow-up meetings and entered the detailed investment review stage, achieving tangible results.

Hong Jong-cheol, CEO of Infobank iExcel, said, “This Connect Day has achieved meaningful results in strengthening the investment capacity of climate tech startups in the Jeonbuk region and establishing a private-sector-centered TIPS candidate company-VC network,” adding, “It will be a positive turning point for the growth of the local startup ecosystem.”

Lee Han-soo, CEO of Infobank iExcel, said, “We will continue to strengthen the discovery and growth support of excellent startups in the Jeonbuk region, fostering a private-sector-centered ecosystem in key industries such as climate tech and secondary batteries, and promoting sustainable development in the region.”
