SeeLab and StartupJunkie Sign MOU to Expand Global AI Business

Vision AI specialist company Seelab (CEO Sehyuk Yoon and Jeonghwan Chae) announced on the 11th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the US venture accelerator Startup Junkie to expand its global AI business.

StartupJunkie is a non-profit foundation founded by the family of Walmart founder Sam Walton. Headquartered in Arkansas, it receives support from government agencies and institutions, including the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Arkansas Walton School of Business. Partnering with global companies like Walmart, FedEx, and Tyson Foods, it serves as a hub for industrial innovation and the startup ecosystem in the United States.

Through this agreement, the two companies will combine Seelab's AI technology and StartupJunkie's global industrial network capabilities to jointly pursue a cooperative model to accelerate industrial digital transformation in the U.S. and overseas markets, create new businesses, and strengthen global technological competitiveness.

Seelab plans to expand cooperation with global companies in the U.S., focusing on the real-time AI video analysis platform 'XAIVA' and the GPU cluster management solution 'AstraGo', and provide customized AI solutions optimized for local industrial environments, as well as support AI infrastructure efficiency and productivity improvement.

StartupJunkie leverages its global industry network to support Cielab's expansion into the US market by building partnerships and discovering joint business opportunities. The company will also collaborate to ensure Cielab's AI technology translates into tangible business outcomes in the North American industrial market.

Louis Diesel, CEO of StartupJunkie Asia, said, “SeeLab is a partner that has proven its AI technology and competitiveness in major industries, and we plan to spare no effort in providing local network and business support to help them quickly and stably expand into the North American market.”

Yoon Se-hyeok, CEO of C-Lab, said, “This agreement is an opportunity to apply our AI technology to the U.S. industrial field. We will collaborate with StartupJunkie to showcase AI infrastructure and vision AI technology in the retail, logistics, and data industries, and develop it into a global business model.”
