CrossHub Wins CES 2026 Best Innovation Award in the Fintech Category

Seoul Fintech Lab (Director Baek Gwang-woo) announced on the 10th that its resident company, CrossHub Inc. (CEO Kim Jae-seol), won the Best of Innovation Award in the Fintech category at CES 2026, the world's largest technology exhibition. This award is significant because it officially demonstrates the competitiveness of a domestic startup's core identity authentication and payment technologies on the global stage.

To address the challenges faced by short-term foreign visitors with local app registration and payments, Crosshub Co., Ltd. launched its "Financial Passport" service, which combines "ID Block," a blockchain-based identity authentication service, and "B·Pay," a simple payment system. Users can securely and easily connect their identity verification, e-wallet, and payments with a single identity token, while businesses can reduce KYC and payment integration costs and quickly onboard global customers.

The CES Innovation Awards are a prestigious awards show where thousands of companies compete each year across over 30 categories. The Best of Innovation Award is given to products or services that set the standard for innovation in their respective fields. CrossHub won the Best of Innovation Award in the Fintech category, demonstrating its potential for global market expansion.

Seoul Fintech Lab supports resident companies' overseas commercialization and investment attraction through a full-cycle scale-up package that includes participation in overseas exhibitions, local demo days (IR), global partner matching, regulatory and compliance coaching, and English IR production.

Kim Jae-seol, CEO of CrossHub, said, “The team’s challenge to create a user experience that blurs the lines between identity authentication and payment has been recognized,” and added, “We will use this award as an opportunity to accelerate the expansion of global partnerships and large-scale commercialization.”
