Xlog (CEO Seok-ju Jang) , a real-time data replication and transfer specialist, announced on the 6th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Esnova Systems (CEO Dae-soon Hwang), a specialist in IT system construction and operation and software development, for market conquest and technological advancement.
This agreement aims to identify joint business opportunities centered on smart factories, manufacturing, and the public sector in response to the rapidly changing IT environment and industrial structural shifts, and to establish a technological cooperation system to improve the efficiency of industrial data management.
The two companies plan to combine Xlog's data processing technology with Esnova Systems' software development capabilities to advance industrial data integration and management technologies. Furthermore, they will establish a system for technology exchange, joint sales, and marketing to strengthen engineering and sales collaboration and promote the mutual growth of technological prowess and market competitiveness.
Hwang Dae-soon, CEO of Esnova Systems, said, “We expect to strengthen our competitiveness in the industrial data sector through collaboration with Xlog, which has strengths in the public market,” and added, “We will create a practical IT environment that customers can experience.”
