Platier (CEO Lee Sang-hoon) , an AI/DX (digital transformation) solution specialist, announced on the 5th that it had won a contract to build a lifestyle commerce renewal project for AWW.
AWW is a next-generation lifestyle platform that combines content and commerce, connecting brands, creators, and consumers to create new experiences. This renewal represents a key step in implementing AWW's mid- to long-term growth strategy, developed in collaboration with Deloitte Consulting Korea. Beyond a simple website overhaul, this strategic digital transformation project aims to enhance brand experience and operational efficiency.
Platier will apply its AI-based e-commerce solution, X2B, to this project. Based on the MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture, X2B can reliably handle large-scale traffic and flexibly expand various functions. This will enhance AWW's brand experience by implementing ▲a consistent multi-channel shopping experience ▲expanding new features such as live commerce ▲improving the customer journey-centered UX/UI ▲enhancing system stability and operational efficiency.
Another key component of this project is Platier's proprietary AI solution, "X2B AI." By applying Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology based on a Large-Scale Language Model (LLM), the solution implements AI recommendations, AI search, customer propensity analysis, and automatic marketing copy generation, enabling personalized shopping experiences and operational automation based on customer data. Through this, AWW plans to build a smart commerce environment that meticulously manages the customer journey, from discovery to purchase and repeat visits, driven by data.
Platire ECS Business Division Head Jin Byeong-gwon said, “AWW renewal is not a simple platform replacement, but a turning point for AI-centered industry-specific commerce innovation.” He added, “Based on the proven technological prowess of X2B and X2B AI, as well as industry-specific understanding, we will simultaneously innovate customer experience and operational efficiency.”
AWW CEO Choi Seon-jeong said, “As the first step of our growth strategy with Deloitte Consulting Korea, we will fully implement the AI and data-based smart commerce transformation and strengthen our brand experience and operational efficiency.” He added, “Through this renewal, we will go beyond simple shopping and leap forward as a ‘Fun & Inspiring’ experiential platform.”
