Clojure Labs , an AI-based decision-making platform developer, announced on the 4th that it has signed a supply agreement with Ignis and will provide its platform, "Deskroom." Through this agreement, Clojure Labs will provide AI-based decision-making support to Ignis to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Deskroom is a platform that uses AI to automatically format unstructured data within a company, enabling rapid decision-making. By applying Ignis-specific ontology and AI models, it analyzes diverse data, including orders, reviews, customer inquiries, and social media responses, as well as external brand data. This analysis supports product development tailored to market demands and trends, and enhances the customer experience.
Clojure Labs applied its proprietary ontology technology to Deskroom to systematically define data sources, their composition units, attributes, and computational methods. The design allows AI to transform these data into quantitative indicators tailored to the organization's unique criteria. This allows for AI-based support for key decision-making processes, such as automating repetitive tasks, developing sales strategies, improving products, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Park Kyung-ho, CEO of Closer Labs, said, “We will accurately interpret Ignis’ data through Deskroom and support business growth with fast and accurate data-driven decision-making.”
