The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it held the “2025 Innovation Strategy Training” for two days from Thursday the 30th to Friday the 31st at D-Camp Mapo in Seoul, with the participation of key innovation promotion organizations, innovation leaders, and young directors.
To promote company-wide management innovation and foster a culture of innovation, Kibo has appointed innovation leaders at each branch nationwide. Starting in 2023, the company will launch a "Youth Board of Directors" focused on young employees to drive innovation initiatives. In particular, the company strives to strengthen the organization's innovation capacity and establish a culture of innovation through annual joint training sessions for innovation leaders and young directors.
This training program consisted of ▲innovative company visits ▲special lectures on innovation topics ▲internal communication programs, etc., and was operated so that participating employees could understand innovative technologies and innovation culture together and spread them within each organization.
On the first day of the training, a special lecture was held at Decamp Mapo on the topic "The Past, Present, and Future of Artificial Intelligence." This included a wide-ranging discussion on the current state of AI technology development and its future prospects. Afterward, participating employees visited Naver's 1784 headquarters, where they toured cutting-edge technological innovations in areas like artificial intelligence, robotics, and autonomous driving, and witnessed firsthand examples of the company's digital innovations.
In particular, following last year's LG Science Park, this year we visited Naver, Korea's leading artificial intelligence company, where employees directly experienced the changes in the innovation field, further strengthening our 'field-centered innovation DNA.'
The second day featured special lectures on innovative technology and culture, where participating employees discussed future industry trends and fostered self-leadership.
Kibo Director Cheon Chang-ho, who hosted the training, said, “Through this training, innovation leaders and young directors had a meaningful time exploring Kibo’s future innovation direction together and sharing various opinions.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will continue to spread an innovative culture of communication and cooperation among executives and employees, strengthen its execution capabilities, and realize changes that the public can feel.”
