
Hushi Partners Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Lee Haeng-yeol and Cho Seong-hun) , a company specializing in carbon emission management and climate regulation response, announced on the 31st that it has been selected as the official implementing agency for the 'Carbon Neutral Management Innovation Voucher Project' hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and plans to support carbon management innovation for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, including carbon emission diagnosis, reduction roadmap establishment, and CBAM (Carbon National Economy Map) response consulting.
The Carbon Neutral Management Innovation Voucher Project is a national support program promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency. It aims to strengthen the carbon reduction capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Vouchers worth up to 50 million won (with up to 85% government support) are available to manufacturing companies with average sales of 150 billion won or less over the past three years. The program includes consulting and technical support, including carbon emission assessment, reduction roadmap development, CBAM response, and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment).
Hooshi Partners is an implementation organization with an integrated support system that includes emissions calculation, MRV (measurement, reporting, and verification), reduction roadmap development, and carbon finance. Furthermore, the company has utilized carbon emissions rights, climate finance, and AI-based carbon management technologies to implement reduction projects for public institutions such as the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. Recently, the company has been providing Scope 3 (supply chain emissions) measurement and reduction roadmap consulting services to a partner of OB Beer, further strengthening its capabilities in developing tailored reduction strategies for each industry.
