
AX solution specialist Entels (CEO Choi Il-gyu) announced on the 29th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with data business specialist Encoa (CEO Myung Jae-ho) and data consulting specialist Axiom Information Systems (CEO Kwon Soon-yong) at Encoa headquarters to expand its AI-based database business.
This agreement aims to identify synergies between the three companies' key businesses and foster a new business ecosystem in the AI-based database market. Under the agreement, Entels will be responsible for "TarzanDB-related businesses," Encore will be responsible for "AI-based database and data-related businesses," and Axiom Information Systems will be responsible for "database technology support and tuning." The three companies will collaborate in three areas: ▲AI-based database and data-related technology cooperation, ▲solution sales and promotion cooperation, and ▲database technology support and tuning.
Encoa CEO Jae-ho Myung said, "This agreement establishes a collaborative structure that will provide methodologies, technology, and infrastructure to customers in need of AI-ready data." Axiom Information Systems CEO Soon-yong Kwon stated, "This will provide an opportunity to solve the data challenges faced by AI-adopting customers and to enter new markets."
Entels CEO Choi Il-gyu said, “We will enhance TarzanDB into an AI-based database and, in cooperation with Encoa and Axiom Information Systems, provide new data value innovation to the market and customers.”
