Bestella Lab Co., Ltd. (CEO Sang-soo Jeong), which supplies the parking navigation system 'Watchmile', has been selected as a promising small and medium-sized enterprise in Gyeonggi Province in 2025.
Gyeonggi-do's Promising Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) program selects and fosters SMEs in the province with high growth potential through a comprehensive evaluation of technological prowess, management innovation, employment stability, and contribution to the local economy. Selected companies are awarded a certificate and plaque for the next five years, and various support benefits are provided, including financial, export, and sales channels.
Vestella Lab's "Watchmile" utilizes Physical AI-based technology, combining Vision AI and positioning data, to precisely analyze parking space occupancy using only existing security CCTV. This provides real-time parking availability and vacant space information, and guides users to optimal parking routes tailored to their preferences.
Physical AI technology intelligentizes building infrastructure (CCTVs, positioning sensors, etc.) to enable autonomous vehicles and robots to utilize the information necessary for parking and driving indoors. Currently, the service is operating in various locations, including large public parking lots like Seoul Station and Cheonho Station, KINTEX, large-scale residential facilities, and knowledge industry centers.
CEO Jeong Sang-soo said, “By being selected as a promising small and medium-sized enterprise in Gyeonggi Province, we have officially recognized our technological competitiveness and growth potential,” and added, “We will continue to develop research and development and technological advancements to grow into a smart mobility innovation company and compete in the global market.”
