The awards ceremony took place at the 3rd Suwon City Entrepreneurs' Day event held at the Suwon Convention Center on October 28th. The winning companies will be recognized as "Suwon City Excellent Companies" for the next three years and receive bonus points when applying for Suwon City trade policies, such as participating in overseas exhibitions.
The 'Suwon City Small and Medium Business Award' is a system that discovers and awards small and medium-sized businesses that have contributed to the development of the local economy through technological development, productivity improvement, and export growth. This year, a total of 24 companies applied, and the final winners were selected after document screening and evaluation by the judging committee.
Creates was recognized for its success in the North American, Japanese, and European markets, leveraging its AI and sensor technologies to demonstrate the export competitiveness of Korean sports technology. Founded in 2009, Creates provides a one-stop golf solution encompassing golf launch monitors, simulators, and AI software. Through UNEEKOR, a global brand established in the US in 2016, Creates develops devices, UX, and AI in-house.
CEO Seok Jae-ho said, “This export promotion award means that Korea’s technological prowess has been recognized in the global market,” and added, “We will continue to advance AI, sensor, and UX technologies to solidify the status of K-golf tech in the global market.”
