CloudN signs an MOU for energy management platform cooperation with a local Indonesian company.

CloudN (CEO Kim Jeong-seok), which develops and operates an AIoT-based building and factory energy management platform, announced on the 28th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with local Indonesian companies PT. Professtama International and PT. Ecotel Telekomunikasi to support commercialization and business cooperation in Indonesia.

CloudN signed an agreement with two local companies at a performance report meeting on the completion of the energy management platform for DSC's Bekasi, Indonesia, factory, held at the Raffles Hotel in Jakarta on the 22nd. Through this agreement, the three organizations plan to introduce and expand CloudN's energy management solution to buildings and factories in Indonesia.

In Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, demand for energy savings is growing due to high electricity costs and long-term cooling needs. Furthermore, aging local industrial facilities and a shortage of skilled labor are increasing the need for efficient energy management. The Southeast Asian factory energy conservation and facility management market is estimated to be worth approximately $1 billion.

Kim Jeong-seok, CEO of Cloud &, said, “We have entered the Indonesian market as part of the ‘2025 Green Technology Overseas Local Demonstration Support Project’ of the Ministry of Environment and the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute,” and “We will use this collaboration as an opportunity to expand our energy management business in major Southeast Asian countries.”

CloudN is a smart construction and proptech company that develops and operates an AIoT-based building and factory energy management platform. Its key solutions include the Building Energy Management System (C-BEMS), the Factory Energy Management System (C-FEMS), and the Facility Management System (C-FMS), supporting real-time data-driven energy efficiency and optimized facility maintenance.
