UDI Impact Signs Business Agreement with BAT

Global comprehensive brand agency BAT (CEO Park Jun-gyu, corporate name BAT Co., Ltd.) announced on the 27th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with impact-based ESG solution company UD Impact (CEO Kim Jeong-heon, corporate name UD Impact Co., Ltd.) on the 10th to support digital transformation and ESG practices for small business owners.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate in a variety of areas, including: training and practical consulting to strengthen branding and marketing capabilities for small business owners; AI-based AX (AI Transformation) implementation support; and joint development of digital marketing content and performance strategies. Through this partnership, the two companies aim to promote a practical, ESG-based support program.

Udi Impact is an ESG solutions company that began as "Underdogs," a startup education specialist, and has since expanded into ESG strategy consulting, impact measurement, and AI-based education services. To date, it has trained over 20,000 entrepreneurs and is currently preparing to expand into overseas markets, including Japan and India, and for an initial public offering (IPO).

Founded in 2016, BAT is a comprehensive brand agency. With approximately 180 experts, it provides integrated brand services, including brand strategy, identity design, campaigns, and performance marketing. To date, it has completed over 400 brand projects.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to provide customized solutions to small business owners struggling with the digital divide and establish a foundation for sustainable brand growth. Furthermore, they plan to strengthen their collaborative system by linking ESG and brand strategy to ensure that education and implementation are not limited to one-off activities.
