Visual Camp Wins FIX Innovation Awards

VisualCamp (CEO Seok Yoon-chan), an artificial intelligence-based eye-tracking technology company, announced on the 24th that it had won the FIX Innovation Awards for its literacy diagnosis and improvement courseware solution, ‘Lead AI.’

The FIX Innovation Awards is an awards ceremony held within the Future Innovation Technology Expo (FIX) to discover companies with promising technologies in AI, mobility, IT, and robotics and to enhance their global competitiveness.

"Read AI" is a literacy assessment and improvement solution for private academies that utilizes VisualCamp's AI-based eye-tracking technology. It analyzes students' reading habits and comprehension levels using eye-tracking data and provides personalized learning programs. It is designed to enhance literacy and learning ability through reading.

The solution uses the ROCAT (Computer-Assisted Literacy Assessment) to recommend books, and utilizes gaze data to conduct vocabulary quizzes, record reading, and expressive activities while students read the selected books. This aims to enhance learning engagement and efficiency.

Regarding this award, Visual Camp CEO Seok Yoon-chan said, “It is meaningful that ReadAI has been recognized as a differentiated edtech technology in the literacy market,” and “We plan to actively advance into overseas markets based on domestic gaze data and public education verification cases in the future.”
