Rapichi acquires network infrastructure specialist Seo Kyung NCS.

AI specialist company Rapichi (CEO Beom-seok Oh) announced on the 23rd that it will acquire a stake in network infrastructure construction and data center specialist Seo Kyung NCS (CEO Jin-tae Kim) for 11.6 billion won.

Through this acquisition, Rapichi plans to combine its AI technology with Seo Kyung NCS's infrastructure construction capabilities to become an "integrated AI infrastructure company."

Seo Kyung NCS is a specialized company that has completed numerous public and private sector projects in the network infrastructure and data center construction sectors for approximately 30 years. Through its US subsidiary, it possesses global-level system design and operation capabilities. This foundation has allowed it to maintain stable sales and robust growth.

Through this acquisition, Rapichi plans to combine its key AI technologies, including voice recognition, conversational AI, Agentic AI, large language models (LLM), and AI Human, with Seo Kyung NCS's infrastructure capabilities to build an AI data center and expand its cloud-based intelligent contact center (AICC) business.

In particular, when Seo Kyung NCS's data center and network construction experience is combined with Lapeach's AI technology, it is expected to strengthen the competitiveness and increase profitability of the AI industry as a whole by providing customized AI solutions and infrastructure integration services in one place.

“This acquisition is significant in that it secures the network infrastructure capabilities that determine the quality of AI services,” said Kim Kyung-hoe, executive director of Lapeach’s business planning office. “By combining AI technology and network infrastructure, we will lead the data center-linked AI service ecosystem and strengthen our competitiveness in the domestic AI infrastructure market.”
