Metanet Platform announced on the 21st that it has changed its name to ‘MetanetX’ and is taking a new leap forward as a key partner leading digital innovation.
MetanetX plans to provide customers with optimized end-to-end IT services by integrating diverse IT service capabilities, including multi- and hybrid clouds, artificial intelligence (AI), data, middleware, solutions, and security. The new mission reflects the company's core values of implementing differentiated digital transformation (DX) through expertise (eXpertise) and strategic collaboration (Collaboration).
The company plans to create advanced customer experiences (eXperience), continuous innovation (Innovation), and outstanding performance (eXcellence) by reliably providing customized services tailored to various customer environments.
MetanetX has recently strengthened its competitiveness by fostering new businesses through strategic acquisitions such as 'Skelter Labs' (possessed of generative AI technology), 'Northstar Consulting' (data integration and digital marketing), 'Blue Chip CNS' (location information service), and 'Eminet' (Southeast Asian IT infrastructure and network).
The company is also focusing on global expansion, establishing regional bases in Silicon Valley and Singapore and actively pursuing overseas investments and acquisitions. A prime example is its investment in Cast AI, a US-based cloud cost optimization solutions company.
