Fact Sheet: Deep Tech Sector Finalists Selected for the 2025 Startup Leap Package

Factsheet Inc. , a developer of AI-based startup valuation solutions, has been selected for the '2025 Startup Leap Package (Deep Tech Field)'.

This selection is part of a government program led by the Seowon University Startup Support Center, designed to support the growth potential of advanced technology-based companies. Through this support, Factsheet plans to actively pursue the advancement of its "Startup Valuation AI Agent" and "Automatic Corporate Information Update AI Agent."

Factsheet is developing a multi-agent (MAS)-based AI solution to address the time and human resources required for portfolio management and valuation at existing investment firms. The company already manages data for 11,754 startups and 114 investment funds, and has commercialized a system that automates quantitative and qualitative assessments.

Through this Startup Leap Package selection project, Factsheet plans to complete ▲advancing the AI valuation algorithm based on the Bell-Mason framework, ▲improving the automatic update function for 250 fields of corporate information, and ▲commercializing the SaaS version of the automatic report generation function by the second half of 2025. Specifically, the AI-based real-time valuation system is designed to streamline due diligence between startups, VCs, and government agencies, targeting both B2B and B2G markets.

Startup valuation and due diligence automation have recently been attracting attention as potential applications of generative AI technology. Market research firm IDC predicts that the AI-based enterprise data automation market will grow at an average annual rate of over 30% through 2024. In line with this trend, Factsheet is building a platform that integrates various features, including LLM-based summarization, risk tagging, and scenario simulation.

Ham Se-hee, CEO of Factsheet, said, "Standardized AI output structures and high-quality data fusion pipelines are reaching a level where they can actually support investment firms' decision-making," adding, "Startup information updates and valuations will go beyond simple automation and become strategic analysis tools."

Factsheet plans to expand collaborations with global data platforms like PitchBook and Crunchbase to strengthen its global investment network. Furthermore, through MOUs with Prelaunch and Acquire.com, Factsheet is developing AI-based M&A matching and real-time valuation services. Through these efforts, Factsheet aims to secure Series A funding by 2027 and enter the global market.
