StealUp Signs Business Agreement with YourCase

StealUp Co., Ltd. (CEO Oh Min-ji), an AI-based Korean language education solution company, announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Yourcase Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeon Eun-hee), a telecommunications company specializing in international students, to promote a package service targeting international students in Japan. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on providing integrated education and telecommunications solutions for international students in Japan.

StealUp is an edtech company that develops and operates AI-based Korean language learning and job training solutions. It has been supporting international students and global talents' settlement and employment in Korea. Since its launch early this year, its flagship service, "Hangling," has been provided primarily to domestic institutions, including the National Institute for International Education and the National Institute for Science, Technology, and Human Resources Development, as well as universities.

YourCase specializes in providing telecommunications services to foreigners. It operates the Japanese-focused telecommunications brand "Hanamichi" and the foreign-only telecommunications store "Kase Station." Through online and offline SIM and eSIM activation services, it supports long-term foreign residents' settlement in Korea.

Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate with study abroad centers and related organizations in Japan to jointly develop and sell a pre-packaged product combining StealUp's Korean language education services and Yourcase's communication services for Japanese students preparing to study in Korea. This package, designed to provide students with both language learning and communication skills from the pre-arrival stage, is characterized by enhanced convenience and practicality.

StealUp CEO Oh Min-ji said, “This agreement is an opportunity to provide real value to Japanese international students preparing to study in Korea,” and added, “Through our collaboration with Yourcase, we will expand our presence in the Japanese market and continue to strengthen our customized service model for international students.”

“By combining StealUp’s educational solutions with our own communications infrastructure, we can now provide an integrated service to help Japanese students settle in early,” said Eun-hee Jeon, CEO of Yourcase. “Based on this collaboration between our two companies, we will target new customer segments and expand our joint market.”
