OpsNow (CEO Seungwoo Park) , an AI-based multi-cloud management solution company, announced on the 13th that it has signed a strategic partnership with Findy (CEO Yuichiro Yamada), a Japanese HRTech (human resources management technology) company.
Through this agreement, OpsNow will become an official partner of Findee, and the two companies will pursue joint sales and marketing activities in both markets and develop integrated solutions that combine the core technologies of both companies.
Founded in 2016, Findy operates an HRTech platform for developers, currently used by over 200,000 engineers and approximately 3,000 companies. It offers a variety of engineer-focused features, including AI-based talent analysis, career matching, and development tool reviews, and is seeing significant adoption within the Japanese developer ecosystem.
OpsNow provides a FinOps platform for enterprise cloud cost management and operational automation, and boasts approximately 3,000 global customers. The company recently entered the US market, accelerating its global growth. Its technological prowess has been recognized, with the company receiving Korea's only "FinOps Certified Platform" certification from the FinOps Foundation.
Building on this collaboration, the two companies plan to develop a joint solution that integrates Findee's talent analytics solution with OpsNow's cloud management platform, offering enterprise customers both cloud resource optimization and talent management efficiency features. This is expected to simultaneously enhance customers' operational productivity and technical organizational capabilities.
