PeopleEdu, a specialized AI education company, has been selected for the "2025 Early Startup Package" in the deep tech category, hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. As a result, PeopleEdu will receive government support to advance the technology of its AI creation platform, "Dream AI Studio," and expand its educational content.
The Early Startup Package is a government startup incubation program that supports technology development and commercialization for startups established within the past three years. The deep tech sector targets companies based on high-difficulty technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data.
PeopleEdu's proprietary AI creation tool, "Dream AI Studio," allows users to automatically generate plots and images for creative works like storybooks and novels, simply by entering keywords. Based on this support, PeopleEdu plans to enhance its platform's functionality and expand the development of content applicable to a variety of educational settings.
The platform has been used by a cumulative 2,300 learners to date, and is being utilized for AI-based creative education with a diverse range of learners, including multicultural children, slow learners, and youth from vulnerable groups.
PeopleEdu is currently operating a social contribution program based on AI education in collaboration with the KT Hope Sharing Foundation and the Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation, and is gradually expanding the scope of application in the educational field through collaboration with elementary and middle schools nationwide.
Kim Beom-jun, CEO of PeopleEdu, said, “This selection is a recognition of not only our technological prowess but also our potential to create social value through education,” and added, “We will focus on creating an educational environment where anyone can learn and grow creatively through AI.”
