Artificial intelligence (AI) edtech startup Socra AI announced that it has signed a partnership with global education and talent solutions organization Educational Testing Service (ETS) to provide official TOEFL iBT content licensing.
The two companies plan to provide TOEFL learners with a high-quality learning experience by utilizing ETS-certified content on the learning application 'Santa' operated by Socra AI ahead of the comprehensive TOEFL test revision scheduled for January 21, 2026.
Socra AI has secured access to official TOEFL content and the ETS scoring engine from ETS. This will allow it to provide practice tests with questions identical to those on the revised 2026 TOEFL exam, enabling reliable assessment and learning support. It will also develop its own learning content based on official ETS questions, creating a systematic and enriched TOEFL learning environment.
Park Soo-young, CEO of Socra AI, said, “Through our collaboration with ETS, we will provide optimal learning content that incorporates AI technology and create an effective preparation environment for TOEFL learners. We will continue to grow the Santa app into the best TOEFL learning platform through continuous service updates.”
“We are delighted that Korean learners can now effectively prepare for the TOEFL exam through the Santa application,” said Yehee Kyung, CEO of ETS Korea. “We anticipate that the synergy between Socra AI’s technology and ETS content will be realized.”
