
Insung Information (Co-CEOs Won Jong-yoon and Cho Seung-pil) , a comprehensive IT service company, and Daiquest (CEO Jeon Seung-hoon) , an AI specialized company, announced on the 30th that they have signed a business agreement (MOU) for cooperation in AI customer service business and cloud infrastructure-based research and development.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop and provide differentiated customer support services for public and corporate customers by combining Daiquest's technologies, such as ▲AI customer consultation platform ▲voice recognition and synthesis technology ▲AI secretary solution, with Insung Information's cloud and IT infrastructure capabilities.
DaiQuest possesses various AI technologies, including the AI counseling center platform 'Work Center' and the voice recognition and synthesis solution 'DQ Voice', and Insung Information pursues cooperation based on its proven cloud operation and system construction capabilities in the public, financial, and medical fields.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to explore new markets and expand customer contact points through joint sales and marketing activities, as well as joint seminars, exhibitions, and promotions. Furthermore, the two companies plan to strengthen their capabilities for launching new services and proactively responding to market demands through joint research and development of cloud-based AI technology.
