Smile Information Technology Receives Grade 1 GS Certification

Miso Information Technology (CEO Nam Sang-do), a multi-modal data platform specialist, announced that its data quality diagnosis service 'Smart MDQ' received the 1st grade national GS (Good Software) certification from the Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL).

GS Certification is a system that officially verifies the quality of domestic software, evaluating nine criteria, including functional suitability, performance efficiency, and usability, based on software quality standards established by the Ministry of Science and ICT. SmartMDQ achieved the highest rating, Grade 1, securing its eligibility for selection as a superior procurement item. This achievement is part of the "AI Assistant and Health Management Service for Workers in Hybrid Work Environments" technology development project, promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology Evaluation and Planning.

SmartMDQ provides various functions such as ▲support for securing high-quality data for AI model training ▲ensuring analysis accuracy between metadata and actual data ▲acquiring the first CSAP (Cloud Security Certification) in the field of data quality diagnosis ▲supporting data quality analysis and improvement for specialized domains such as healthcare, public, and manufacturing ▲supporting data-based decision-making.

In addition to SmartMDQ, MISO Information Technology is expanding its capabilities for large-scale language model operation and data quality management through its multimodal data platform, "SmartBIG," and its LLMOps-based AI agent management solution, "Active Agentic." In particular, the company is strengthening its market competitiveness by securing K-PaaS compatibility certification, Cloud Security Assurance Platform (CSAP), and now GS certification, all for entry into the public sector.

Nam Sang-do, CEO of Smile Information Technology, said, “Achieving GS Certification Level 1 objectively demonstrates SmartMDQ’s technological prowess and stability,” adding, “We will support digital transformation in the public and private sectors and enhance the value of our customers’ data utilization by providing high-quality data.”
