
Cloud specialist Gabia (Co-CEOs Hong-Guk Kim and Jong-Hong Won) announced on the 26th that the seminar 'AWS Partner Networking: Development Productivity and Cost Optimization Strategy' co-hosted with Seoul Fintech Lab was held on the 23rd.
Held on the 8th floor of the Seoul Fintech Lab's training center, this event aimed to strengthen the technological competitiveness of fintech startups. Representatives from companies that have moved into and graduated from the Seoul Fintech Lab attended the event, and practical strategies for improving development efficiency and reducing cloud costs were shared.
The seminar began with a session introducing Gabia's AWS partnership and cloud operation capabilities, followed by a presentation on ways to improve development productivity using AWS's generative AI-based integrated development environment (IDE) 'KIRO' and AI assistant 'Amazon Q'.
In his presentation, AWS Solutions Architect Lee Jeong-hwan introduced the AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC) and explained the potential for change and innovation in development methods based on AI technology.
Miyeon Cho, Deputy Manager of Gabia Infrastructure Business Team, presented practical benefits and case studies for startups on the AWS Credit Program and cloud cost optimization strategies. Participating companies also received programs to ease the burden of cloud adoption, including "Amazon Q Developer" proof-of-concept credits and up to 10 million won in AWS usage support.
After the event, participants were also given the opportunity to receive specific advice on individual technical issues through Q&A sessions and one-on-one consulting.
“With growing interest in AI technology, this seminar provided an opportunity for startups to effectively adopt and utilize the cloud,” said Seunghan Baek, Director of Gabia Infrastructure Business Team. “We will continue to provide various support measures to vitalize the startup ecosystem together with Seoul Fintech Lab.”
