
Grep (CEO Seongsu Lim), an AI-based online assessment platform company, will hold the '2025 DTI (Digital Test Innovation, hereinafter DTI) Forum' on the topic of 'The Future of Testing and Evaluation Changed by AI' at the Adonis Hall of Samjeong Hotel in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 23rd.
This forum will share AI adoption cases and implementation strategies across all HR areas, including recruitment, promotion, training, and qualification testing, and provide practical insights on test administration, competency assessment, and fairness strategies. A panel discussion will also be held, incorporating pre-screened questions and on-site Q&A, to directly capture the voices of those in the field.
The program will begin with an opening presentation by Seongsu Lim, CEO of Grep, titled "A New Paradigm for Testing, Evaluation, and Recruitment Created by AI." Humphrey Chan, Managing Director of Prometric Asia, the second-largest company in the global CBT market, will introduce the impact of AI on talent evaluation and selection processes through "Case studies of digital testing transformation at global organizations." Following this, Dongwook Lim, Country Manager of Agora Korea, will introduce "A New Evaluation Environment Completed Through the Use of AI." Myunghoon Yoon, Business Director of Wanted, will share the impact of AI on talent evaluation and selection processes from an HR perspective through real-world application cases in the session "Changes in Talent Evaluation and Real-World Application Cases in the AI Era."
Additionally, Kim Ga-hang, Head of the Assessment Business Division at GREP, will present "Korea's Online Testing Innovation, Monito's 6 Years of Growth, and Preparation for the AI Era" to introduce the growth process of the online testing platform "Monito" and its future direction in preparing for the AI era. Kim Seong-jun, Adjunct Professor at Kookmin University's Graduate School of Business, will address the changing landscape of talent management in his lecture, "The Future of Talent and Organizations in the AI Era." Finally, all speakers will participate in a panel discussion to delve deeper into "The Future of Assessment and Testing Opened by AI."
