Gotgan Logistics and Wantsnet Sign Domestic Distribution Agreement and MOU for AI-Based B2B Freight Forwarding Platform

Gotgan Logistics Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Ja -young), which operates the AI-based B2B freight transport brokerage platform "Primo," announced on the 23rd that it has signed an official distribution contract and memorandum of understanding (MOU) with AI infrastructure specialist Wontsnet Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Seon-hye). Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to fully pursue AI-based logistics digital transformation (DX) and expand their market.

Primo is a freight transport dispatch platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to provide a variety of functions, including automatic dispatching, optimal route routing, real-time fare calculation and location tracking, communication with drivers, and financial services. Its key feature is its ability to address the inherent analog-based challenges of existing transport services, achieving both transport efficiency and cost savings.

According to the company, Primo has reduced transportation costs by approximately 20% by replacing inefficiencies that occur throughout the transportation process, such as missed dispatches, delayed contact, fare negotiations, and loading/unloading instructions, with an automated system. It also contributes to securing liquidity and improving operational stability by promptly paying drivers.

Wontsnet, which signed the distribution agreement, specializes in building AI and security infrastructure for public institutions. It leverages Primo's transportation network to rapidly execute nationwide equipment delivery and installation projects. Recently, it has demonstrated its project execution capabilities through on-time delivery and on-site communication, leveraging its experience in logistics management using Primo for public institution IT infrastructure construction projects.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to ▲jointly expand AI-based smart logistics systems, ▲expand the introduction of Primo to public and private projects, ▲jointly promote digital transformation in the transportation and logistics industry, and ▲develop integrated solutions for AI infrastructure and logistics services.

“This distribution agreement marks the beginning of a full-scale introduction of AI and DX into the analog-centric freight transport industry,” said Gotgan Logistics. “We will focus on expanding smart logistics services that customers can experience and improving the quality and speed of transport across the industry.”

He also said, “Logistics is more than just transportation; it’s the foundational infrastructure for all industries. The key is to leverage AI-based technologies to create a competitive logistics system,” adding, “Through this collaboration, we will advance our AI-powered logistics innovation model and secure differentiated competitiveness in new markets.”
