Private Technology Selected as Lead Company for N²SF Demonstration Project for DPG Integrated Platform

Private Technology (CEO Kim Young-rang) announced on the 19th that it was selected as the lead company for the 'National Network Security System Pilot Demonstration Project for the DPG Integrated Platform' hosted by the Korea Internet & Security Agency.

Private Technology is pursuing the implementation of security controls for an information service model optimized for public-private partnership clouds, including the DPG integrated platform. To implement the core principles of the national network security system, data flow-centric security controls, such as the zero-trust overlay strategy, will be implemented.

This consortium includes security control specialist Igloo Corporation, network security specialist Winstechnet, integrated IT security specialist SGA Solutions, and global consulting firm EY Consulting. Through technical collaboration among leading domestic companies, the consortium will implement security control measures and validate an N²SF-based information service model.

The DPG integrated platform, built on a public-private partnership (PPP) cloud (where government networks and the Internet are linked), will implement specialized N²SF security control items. This will enable the implementation of an optimized information service model.

In particular, the company plans to demonstrate an information service model based on guidelines to enable national public institutions to safely utilize external information services through the DPG integrated platform within their computer networks. Private Technology previously signed a strategic business agreement with KT, laying the foundation for implementing N²SF security policies.

Private Technology plans to introduce an asset management system that integrates identities and identifies and controls data using data flow-based technology. This will enable an N²SF security lifecycle with no security blind spots, and further establish a security system that can be easily implemented without complex solutions or specialized knowledge.

Kim Young-rang, CEO of Private Technology, said, “Given the high level of interest in national network security systems, this project will serve as an important starting point for opening a new security paradigm.” He added, “Through this demonstration project, we will strive to create a safe digital work environment and contribute to strengthening national security competitiveness.”
