Catenoid Signs Business Agreement with Muavemotion

On the 18th , Catenoid (CEO Hyung-Seok Kim) signed a business agreement (MOU) with Muavemotion for cooperation in online video and interaction technology.

Muavemotion is a startup providing interactive video production solutions. Its proprietary AI-based interaction engine, "Quark," minimizes GPU dependence while achieving photorealistic media interaction in 4K resolution.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to enhance digital video management systems and enhance content production efficiency by combining Catenoid's systematic and automated video content management system (CMS) with Muavemotion's low-cost, high-efficiency, real-time interaction technology. This will provide differentiated solutions across both public and private sectors and present an innovative model suited to the digital transformation market.

In the public sector, a server-separated model that meets security requirements is introduced to provide a stable video management environment, operating Catenoid's CMS platform alongside Muavemotion's Quark. In closed network environments where external internet access is blocked, Quark is provided in API and SDK formats, allowing integration with existing CMSs for use in education and training settings.

The private sector offers lightweight solutions that enable the creation of realistic interactive content without complex coding or expensive equipment. This enables the implementation of high-quality content in a variety of spaces, including exhibition halls, retail stores, and digital signage, thereby increasing investment efficiency.

Furthermore, the two companies plan to jointly conduct research and development (R&D) to integrate next-generation image management and real-time interaction technologies, and expand cooperation into new industries such as smart cities, education, and healthcare.

“We are excited to partner with Catenoid, which has a stable video content management platform, in the early stages of our foray into the public and private markets, further expanding the scope of our technology application,” said Jaewoong Oh, CEO of Muavemotion. “Through this agreement, we will create new business opportunities across the media sector and provide competitive solutions to domestic and international corporate clients.”

Kim Hyung-seok, CEO of Catenoid, said, “Recently, there has been a rapid increase in demand to go beyond simply operating and managing video content and to strengthen communication with consumers by utilizing real-life interactive content in various fields such as education, exhibitions, and public relations.” He added, “Through our collaboration with Muavemotion, we will quickly respond to this demand and present a differentiated digital transformation model.”
