
Ready & Start Co., Ltd. (CEO: Yoonjin Cho), which operates the career growth platform itdaa, announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kyunghee University's Future Talent Center (Director: Yongseok Lee) to foster future talent and strengthen employment capabilities.
Through this agreement, the two institutions plan to closely cooperate in the following areas: ▲educational cooperation to enhance students' career exploration and employment capabilities; ▲joint promotion of programs such as mentoring, special lectures, and job experience; ▲establishment of a customized career counseling and support system for students; ▲improvement of educational quality through sharing of achievements and data; and ▲joint participation in industry-academia cooperation and related projects.
With this agreement, Ready & Start plans to actively introduce AI-based diagnostic testing, partnerships with various platforms, a network of approximately 3,500 global working mentors, and online job and employment training content to universities. Through these initiatives, they aim to help students enhance their self-understanding, gain work experience, and enhance their employability skills.
