
The Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Daehee Park, hereinafter referred to as the Daejeon Innovation Center) held the '2025 Startup:D Open Window Corporate IR (3rd)' and 'Scale-UP IR (1st)' at Daejeon Startup Park D1 on the 16th.
This corporate IR event, part of the "Startup Investment Attraction Support Project," was unique in that it was divided into morning and afternoon sessions, focusing on the early stages of startups and the scale-up stage (Pre-A and above). This provided presentation opportunities and investment connections tailored to the specific growth stages and investment needs of startups.

The Open Window Corporate IR (3rd round) review was attended by representatives from Daejeon-area TIPS operators, including Daedeok Venture Partners and Rising S Ventures. The Scale-Up IR (1st round) review was attended by representatives from the Scale-Up Investment Advisory Group, including Magellan Technology Investment and Dwells Investment. The participating investors will review the business models and investment appeal of the participating companies and provide follow-up support, including follow-up investments and TIPS recommendations.
The Daejeon Innovation Center operates Open Window, a program that serves as a catalyst for startups in their early stages, and Scale-Up IR for growth-stage companies. When necessary, the center also provides direct investment. Through these initiatives, it expands practical investment opportunities for incubated companies and solidifies its support system throughout the investment cycle.
This corporate IR event was held as a key program at the 2025 Startup Korea Investment Week (SIW), held from September 15th to 18th, attracting attention from domestic and international investors and startup professionals. Participating startups will receive support from various related programs throughout the remainder of the event.
Hong Seok-mi, Senior Manager of the Daejeon Innovation Center, said, “Through this corporate IR, we have confirmed the possibility of supporting the full-cycle growth of regional startups, from initial investment to follow-up investment.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen our IR programs and direct investments by round to connect promising startups and investors, expand communication opportunities, and promote the revitalization of the regional startup ecosystem.”
