Catax to Provide Automated Corporate Vehicle Log Management Solution to AJ Networks

Cartax (CEO Jaehee Ahn) , a business vehicle management solution company, announced on the 16th that it has supplied corporate vehicle management solution ‘Cartax Biz’ and driver accident insurance service ‘Cartax Care’ to comprehensive rental specialist AJ Networks .

AJ Networks, a company operating approximately 40 branches nationwide, has implemented this solution to automate vehicle logs and expand the scope of driver safety assurance. Previously, vehicle management was done manually or using Excel, but as operations expanded, the need for a more systematic system emerged.

Cartax's "Cartax Biz" utilizes the "Cartax Beacon," a Bluetooth-based communication device, to automatically collect vehicle driving records and generate driving logs. Data is stored without any additional driver intervention, simultaneously improving management convenience and work efficiency. AJ Networks anticipates this will reduce the manual burden of vehicle operation and also result in cost savings.

This offering also includes "Car Tax Care," a driver accident insurance service. This service covers up to 500,000 won in deductibles in the event of an accident. It also utilizes AI-based driving record analysis technology to proactively reduce the likelihood of accidents and prevent false driving records. AJ Networks believes this service will enhance the transparency of vehicle management while also improving the safety and well-being of field workers and sales staff.

An AJ Networks official said, “With the introduction of this solution, we now have a system that can integrate and manage vehicle data from branches nationwide,” adding, “We expect this to simultaneously enhance work efficiency and data-based transparency.”

“This supply is a case that takes both vehicle asset management and driver welfare into account, and it is meaningful in that Cartax’s solution can contribute to solving real-world operational problems,” said Cartax CEO Jaehee Ahn. “We will continue to strengthen AI-based automation and risk management functions to support innovation in the corporate vehicle operation environment.”
